I would say yes.

If you are anything like me and love a good book written by a Bravo or reality TV star both of Stassi Shroeder's books Next Level Basic and Off With My Head are for you. Both are different and discuss different topics but the former Vanderpump Rules star tells it only the way she can.

If you have been watching VPR from the beginning you know that Stassi was one of the break-out stars and over the last several years we have watched her journey from a bratty party girl to being canceled, starting her businesses, and starting a family with her husband Beau Clark.

Stassi's first book Next Level Basic was written while she was still on Bravo and was all about how she owns who she is and how other women should do the same. Throughout the book, she talks about how she started her career and found herself as a reality star. Schroeder discusses how she always knew who she was and what she was passionate about and how she has embraced that over the years and learned to love herself. This book dives into how to own yourself just like the former VPR star, I took a lot from her and the stories in the book, and whenever I'm feeling insecure about something I remind myself to own who I am just like Stassi. For a memoir/self-help book from a reality star, I was pleasantly surprised by the book.

The second book Off With My Head she wrote during the pandemic after she was canceled found out she was pregnant and found herself rebuilding her life from the ground up. I didn't like this book as much as the first one but I still found it interesting. Yes, the former "it" girl had hit rock bottom during that time but this book is all about rebuilding and surviving rock bottom. Again, the book had lots of information and was informative for a reality star book it was not as relatable as the first book since it was more geared towards someone who has hit rock bottom. I read this after the pandemic I didn't love revisiting the early days of COVID but she still shares stories gives advice and talks about her new chapter and she is still thriving through it all.

I have read a lot of reality TV memoirs ( my guilty pleasure) and her two books are some of my favorites. Things may have changed for Stassi over the years but you will still learn and enjoy these books.
