Because they were that good.

Every so often a book comes along and you fall in love, you feel connected, and it stays with you. It's just that good that you could read it all over again for the first time. Here are those books for me.
The Glass Castle by Jeannette Walls: I read this book a long time ago when I wasn't much of a reader, but I loved it. I just remember not being able to put down and wanting to read more.
The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo by Taylor Jenkins Reid: This book jump-started my reading journey after I hadn't read in a while, and I loved this book. It helped me fall in love with reading all over again.
A Man Called Ove by Fredrik Backman: This book is just so good and gave me all the feelings. I couldn't put it down was sad when it ended.
Daisy Jones & The Six by Taylor Jenkins Reid: This book was amazing, written in a different format, and you felt like you weren't reading a book but a magazine interview or watching a movie.
Then She Was Gone by Lisa Jewell: I'm not a huge thriller reader, but this was a book that changed my mind about the genre and had me wanting to read even more thrillers and mystery books.
Everyone Here is Lying by Shari Lapena: I loved this book; it had me on the edge of my seat and thinking every character was a suspect.
While of course I can go back and read these books anytime, there is nothing like reading a favorite or special book for the first time. I'm always on the hunt to keep adding to this list.
